Refund Policy
This policy explains refunds for FlashFounder plans and credits. Read it before confirming a purchase; it forms part of the Terms of Service.
The digital service
- FlashFounder provides digital services, usage plans and credits for running AI models. Using these services consumes computing resources and incurs provider costs, while outputs are made available for users to save and export.
- Payment buys the right to use the plan or credits within the service limits shown at purchase. Adding credits alone does not mean all costs of using them have already been incurred.
Final purchases and no voluntary refunds
- To the extent permitted by law, every amount paid to the platform is final and non-refundable, whether for a plan or extra credits, and whether or not the credit was used.
- We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, non-use, partial use or account closure. The current period and remaining credits are not refunded when a plan is stopped or an account is suspended for breaching the Terms of Service, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Payment errors and legal rights
- Billing errors, duplicate payments and failure to provide the service are reviewed separately according to the facts and applicable legal rights.
- We may grant compensation credits at our discretion when a fault on our side occurs. These are not a refund of money, do not create a right to repeated compensation, and do not replace a refund required by law.
- This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including withdrawal or refund rights where legally required. Payment or plan activation alone does not waive those rights.
Contact about payments
- Use the Contact us button to ask about this policy or report a payment issue. Include the transaction reference, date and a description of the issue; do not send full card numbers, security codes or your account password.
